Altixia ID — id.altixia.com
What is Altixia ID?
Altixia ID is your single account for Altixia's tools: Docs, Sign, Git, Pass, ERP, Watermark… You sign in once, then move from one tool to another without signing in again.
Signing in
Enter your email address or username, then your password. You can also sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub, or with a passkey. Altixia creates your account when you become a client: you then receive an e-mail to activate it ("Activate my account"). You can also create an account yourself with the "Register" button on the sign-in screen.
Passkey
A passkey lets you sign in without a password, with your device's lock (Face ID, Windows Hello, fingerprint…) or a security key. You can add one from My account.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a second check after your password: a code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy…), or a security key or your device's biometrics. It is offered when you sign in: you can set it up straight away or skip it, in which case it is offered again 30 days later. The code always comes from your app: Altixia ID never sends it by e-mail or text message.
Forgotten password
On the password screen, choose "Reset Password". You receive an e-mail: click "Choose a new password", then enter a new password of at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a symbol. Your two-factor authentication remains unchanged.
Lost authenticator app or security key
Contact Altixia. Once Altixia has confirmed that the request comes from you, the lost method is removed and you set up a new one at your next sign-in.
Locked account
After 10 failed password attempts, or 10 incorrect two-factor codes, the account is locked for security. Contact Altixia to have it unlocked.
Approving a code
An application may show you a code and the address id.altixia.com/device: open it, sign in, then enter the code. A code is valid for 10 minutes.
Managing your account
Once signed in, open My account (at the top right of the home page) to update your name, email address and password, and to manage your two-factor authentication and passkeys.
