Terms of Service
Altixia ID — Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Altixia ID (id.altixia.com), the single sign-on (SSO) service operated by Altixia LLC (Wyoming, USA). By creating an account or signing in through Altixia ID, you accept these Terms.
1. The service
Altixia ID lets authorized users authenticate once to access Altixia's tools (for example Docs, Sign, Git, Pass, ERP and Watermark). The service handles authentication and session management; it does not itself provide the content of the services it grants access to.
2. Accounts and authorized access
An account is created by Altixia, by you from the sign-in screen, or on your first sign-in through Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub. Access to Altixia's services is reserved for Altixia team members and clients holding a valid account, and an account only gives access to the services Altixia has authorized for it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your email address up to date: it is used to sign in and to send you the messages the service requires (account activation, email address verification, password reset, notice of a password change).
3. Account security and two-factor authentication
Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Altixia recommends enabling two-factor authentication, with an authenticator app or a security key, or signing in with a passkey; you are responsible for keeping the device or app that holds them. Altixia never sends two-factor authentication codes by e-mail or text message. Notify Altixia without delay of any unauthorized use of your account or of the loss of a device used to sign in.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, not to bypass security or authentication mechanisms, and not to disrupt the operation of the service. Any fraudulent use may result in the immediate suspension of access.
5. Sign-in through third-party providers
Altixia ID allows sign-in through external identity providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft and GitHub). Use of these options is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. The associated data processing is described in our privacy policy.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Altixia strives to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may suspend access for maintenance or for security reasons.
7. Suspension, lockout and closure
Altixia may suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a breach of these Terms, a security risk, or at the end of the contractual or employment relationship. After 10 failed password attempts, or 10 incorrect two-factor codes, the account is locked automatically; you can ask Altixia to unlock it. You may ask Altixia to close your account at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Altixia LLC shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page; the last-updated date is shown above.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (USA). Any dispute relating to them shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions applicable at the user's place of residence.
11. Languages
These Terms are published in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between these versions, the English version prevails.
