Altixia ID (id.altixia.com) is the single sign-on (SSO) service operated by Altixia LLC. It lets authorized users sign in to all of Altixia's internal tools with a single account. This page describes the data processed by this service.

Data processed

  • Sign-in identity: email address, first and last name, unique account identifier.
  • Authentication data: password (hashed), multi-factor authentication factors (security keys, one-time codes).
  • Technical data: IP address, timestamp and sign-in logs, for security and fraud prevention.

Purposes

This data is used solely to: authenticate the user, secure access, and grant access to the Altixia services the user is authorized to use. It is never used for advertising.

Sign-in through third-party providers

When a user chooses to sign in through an external identity provider (for example Google or Apple), Altixia ID receives from that provider only the data required for authentication: identifier, email address and name. No other data is requested, and Altixia does not access the content of third-party accounts.

Data sharing

Data is never sold, rented or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the Altixia services the user requests, strictly to the extent necessary for authentication.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Sign-in logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes, then deleted.
